Chapter 9

As Rajvardhan gathered all the family members in the grand living room of the palace, anticipation and curiosity filled the air.

Rajvardhan stood at the center, his presence commanding attention. "I have found a bride for Jayavardhan," he announced, his voice filled with authority and pride.

Gasps echoed around the room, and a flurry of questions erupted.

Meera :  "Who is she?"

Mithali : "Where did you meet her?"

Shivraj : "How did you find her so quickly?"

Aditya : is she a commoner?

And most unique questions of our youngster

Aniket : unhe gulab jamun bnane aate hai kya dada sa 🧐

Anjali : or  jalebi ? Unhe jalebi bnani aati hai ?? 🫡

Everyone was shocked after hearing their questions and rajvardhan was staring at them as if an alien was standing in front of him😲😲😲

Meera : tum dono ko khane k alawa kuch or aata bhi hai🤨🤫 Hum log tumhare Bhai sa k liye bhabhi sa ko dhundh rahe kisi bavarchi ko nahi 😑 ab chup chap khade raho khabardar Jo bich me bole 😵‍💫

Hearing their dadi sa  scolding, both of them quickly put their fingers on their mouths, just as in childhood they used to put their fingers on a small child's mouth to keep them quiet.🤫🤫

Rajvardhan raised a hand, calling for silence.

She turned to her husband. "Raj, please don't create suspense na tell me who is she ??

Rajvardhan cleared his throat and continued. "I went to the temple in the morning 2 weeks ago, and as you all know, my diabetes can be unpredictable. I suddenly fainted and was about to fall down the stairs when this young lady came forward to help me. And she Saved me from falling and also helped me a lot but I forgot to ask her name. Her kindness and quick thinking touched me deeply. It seemed as if she would be a perfect life partner for Jai.

so after coming home, I immediately asked secret agent Rakesh Sharma to find out about her and the call I received some time ago was from Rakesh only, he has found out everything about that girl.

The family immediately turned their attention to Rajvardhan, their expressions a mix of worry and reprimand. "Why don't you tell us Raj ?"🥺meera asked him

Shivraj and Aditya both speak together : "You need to stop eating sweets ,baba sa😒

Rajvardhan held up his hands defensively. "I know, I know. But let's not focus on that right now. The point is, this young woman's behavior impressed me. Her compassion and calmness in a crisis were remarkable."

Aniket : At least now our bhabhi sa will come to our palace, otherwise after hearing the condition of bhai sa , I thought that I will never become a  dever. 😁

At that moment, Jayavardhan entered  in the hall, sensing the charged atmosphere. The family turned to him with a mixture of excitement and amusement. Rajvardhan had a knowing smirk on his face, while Aniket and Anjali exchanged teasing glances, their eyes twinkling with mischief.

"Ah, the man of the hour," Rajvardhan greeted, his voice laden with humor. "We were just talking about your bride."

Jayavardhan's irritation was palpable as he glanced around the room, noting the silly smiles and playful looks. "Dada sa , what's going on?" he asked, his tone edged with impatience.

Rajvardhan, still wearing that teasing smirk, explained. "I met a wonderful young woman before 2 weeks , and I believe she could be a suitable match for you. We'll discuss more over dinner."

Aniket couldn't resist another quip. "I hope she likes grumpy business tycoons," he said with a laugh, earning a light smack on the head from Neha .

"Behave, Aniket," Neha interjected, though she too had a smile playing on her lips.

Jayavardhan sighed, clearly exasperated by the entire situation. "I'll be in my room," he muttered, turning to leave.

As Jayavardhan turned to go, aniket made a mock announcement, "Breaking news! Grumpy businessman Jayavardhan Singh Ranawat is getting hitched! Stay tuned for more hilarious updates."

Anjali joined in the fun. "I hope she knows what she's getting into. Our brother isn't exactly Mr. Romantic."

"Maybe she'll be the one to melt his icy exterior," shivraj chimed in, earning a playful nudge from Mithali.

Jayavardhan stopped in his tracks and shot them a glare. "Real mature, everyone," he said sarcastically. "I'll be in my room."

"Don't be late for dinner," Rajvardhan called after him, his tone a blend of amusement and authority. "You don't want to miss this discussion."

As Jayavardhan left the room, the family resumed their animated chatter, eager to learn more about the mysterious woman who had managed to make such a swift impression on Rajvardhan. The palace buzzed with newfound excitement, the promise of change, and the possibility of a new addition to their royal family.

At dining table ,

At the dining table, the family gathered, the atmosphere buzzing with anticipation. Rajvardhan sat at the head, exuding authority and warmth. He cleared his throat, drawing everyone's attention.

"I have more information about the young woman I mentioned earlier," Rajvardhan began. "Her name is Shivani Singh Shekhawat. She is the daughter of Rajendra Shekhawat, a successful businessman. She pursued a degree in business management and has shown remarkable qualities of care and compassion. Her mother is a housewife, and her family, while not royal, is highly respectable."

The room filled with murmurs of approval. Rajvardhan continued to praise Shivani, highlighting her intelligence, kindness, and ability to handle crises. Jayavardhan's irritation grew with each word, his fingers drumming impatiently on the table.

When Rajvardhan mentioned that Shivani's father was a businessman, a cruel smirk appeared on Jayavardhan's face. "Dada sa, you know my condition was to marry a commoner," he said, his tone dripping with sarcasm.

The room fell silent, and all eyes turned to Rajvardhan, waiting for his response. Rajvardhan met Jayavardhan's gaze steadily. "Indeed, Jayavardhan. You asked for a commoner bride. We are royals, and while her family is not royal, they are still commoners. You never specified that the commoner couldn't be from a business family , and i already informed them about our purposal and what they said yes for this marriage."

Relief washed over the faces of the family members, but Jayavardhan's smirk disappeared, replaced by a flicker of anger. He knew he had been outmaneuvered. With a resigned sigh, he said, "Fine. Let's get this over with. I will marry her. But don't expect me to waste my time on frivolous meetings. I'll meet her directly at the Mandap".

Rajvardhan : hum bhi nahi chahte ki vo tumhara ye gusse vala  chehra dekh kar mana kar de shadi se 😁

Aniket : bilkul shi kaha aapne dada sa 🤣

Jaivardhan stares at him and says with a cruel smrik, "Aniket, you are not talking too much these days. No problem, come with me to the office tomorrow."

Aniket's eyes come out after listening to Jaivardhan. And he stands up from his chair and stammeringly says, "Bhai sa , my exams are coming and I have to study a lot. I'm going to sleep, sorry to read "🫡🫡

And  he ran away from there at full speed without listening to anything. Everyone starts laughing after seeing his action. 🤣

Rajvardhan : "Very well. We will proceed with the arrangements."

Jaivardhan also shakes his head and goes to his room without saying anything.

The rest family resumed their meal, the earlier tension dissipating. They start talking about marriage preparation.
